Latest news from the centre

Additional CCTV camera's have been fitted in & around the centre as we appear to have visitors dumping all their household & other refuse in the community centre refuse bins.

The centre overflow car park, next to the medical centre is now being locked at night due to cars emptying rubbish from their cars which is not fair to Jim the litter picker every morning.

The loft storage project is almost ready to get under way now we have received all the funding & we are awaiting a start date from our builders.

Many thanks to the National Lottery, Monkton Whitehead Charitable Trust, Downswood Parish Council & Tesco bags of help. Special thanks to Borough Councillor Gordon Newton who helped us get this project moving a little quicker.

Many thanks to Gary Cooke, our local Kent County Council member & his team, plus everyone who came

along & voted for our project on Saturday 23rd February 2019.
